Grafix - Shopping Centre 3D 45pc Jigsaw Puzzle with 7 slot in pieces

The box and puzzle look to be in very good condition - not even looking like it has been used as the 7 bonus slot in pieces haven't even been "popped out".
However, one of the jigsaw pieces got slightly caught in the box as I was tipping them out and accidently tore a little (could kick myself!)
