Has been chopped down from a much longer skirt as it tore many years ago.

Laid flat measures :
Waist to Hem 45cm
Waist 38cm unstretched
Waist Stretched 49cm
Base Flair 56cm

Has frayed edges, is cut slightly crooked but wearable.
2 fully functioning pull strings at waist (not fake bits)
Elastication at waist and has 2 pockets.

There is a slight tear working its way from base upwards and has raggy appearance due to not being bound or hemmed after cutting down.
